When do i see results?
  • It depends on your body fat percentage. In most cases the results kick in 2-3 weeks. Also its worth mentioning that the younger you are the faster you will see results
does this make my face more symmetrical?

Yes, it can. You just have to know which side of your face is weaker and then use the face trainer more on that side. For example 10 minutes on both sides and a extra 5 minutes with the weaker side.

Can i get a stronger jawline with this product?

Yes definitely! The face trainer was developed especially for this purpose. Through specific training of the jaw muscles the jaw muscles will grow and your Jawline will appear visibly more powerful and pronounced.

Is it bad for my teeth?
  • Absolutely not! Your molars can chew way harder and tougher things than our face trainer. This product is meant to be used with the teeth you chew with and designed specifically to not damage your teeth.
Start the workout

Wash both units with warm water and place them on your molar teeth: one on the right, one on the left.Make sure to place each unit on the last 2-3 teeth to maximize your workout efficiency.

Chew slowly

Chew slowly to the limit and hold for 1 second. Repeat until your jaw muscles tire from the jawline exercise.
This should take around 2 minutes.

Chew Fast

Chew quickly but in a controlled manner for another two minutes. This is your first set. Congrats!
Now relax. Repeat this set 5-10 times every second day.
